30-Day Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with VisionForge Advisors, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by VisionForge Advisors within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Products like digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to VisionForge Advisors without prior authorization from VisionForge Advisors will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and VisionForge Advisors will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by VisionForge Advisors within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
